Harvest: Manual grape picking with sorting. Harvest Optimal maturity, no chaptalisation when the vintage allows it.

Dosage:  6 g/L - Brut 

Winemaking: The Champagne Tradition Brut by Michel Laval is the result of a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 40%

Meunier and 20% Chardonnay grapes coming from the vineyards located in the surroundings of Boursault, a village in the Vallée de la Marne. Vintage base 2020 and a 30% vin de reserve, followed by a refining period of over 3 years for a dosage of only 6 g/L - making it an Brut.

Tasting note: The Champagne Tradition Brut by Michel Laval has a bright golden colour and light copper nuances. It offers delicate notes of honey and cooked fruit to the nose and it is vinous to the palate, with a stong tension and a salty finishing. Seafood and fish.

Should be served in an ice bucket at a temperature of 5-7°.
