Determination of the origin of products: Vinho Verde

Harvest: Mecanical

Winemaking: in tanks with controlled temperature 16-18ºC, to preserve the primary aromas of the grape varieties. 

Tasting notes: Medium-high acidity, a little fizzy. Pleasant and light, unpretentious. A very good representation of what a vinho verde is.

Food pairing: Excellent as an aperitif or to pair with some appetizers, especially recommended for seafood, fish and white meats. Should be served between 6 and 8 °C.
