Winemaking: in tanks with controlled temperature 16-18ºC, to preserve the primary aromas of the grape varieties. 

Tasting notes: This wine has a citrus color, tropical fruits aroma with some citrus notes and floral hints, with good minerality, complexity, refreshing and persistent.

Food pairing: Excellent choice to pair with starters, seafood, grilled fish and white meats due is refreshing palate and intense fruity aromas. Should be served between 8 and 10 °C.
