Winemaking: Pressed and clear 12°C fermentation of juice on stainless steel tanks. 

Tasting notes: Wine with a lemon color with greenish tinge, expressive aroma with lychee type fruit and fresh floral paired well with floral notes of lime. The palate is soft, very easy and fresh.

Food pairing: Best paired with salads, seafood and fish. Should be served between 8 - 10°C.
