Harvest: Manual grape picking with sorring.

Winemaking: Charmat method, with the intention of preserve the aromatic profile of the grape, instead of tertiary aromas.

Tasting notes: Citrus color and crystalline aspect, aroma of citrus fruits with tiny notes of evolution usual in sparkling wines. With tiny bubbles, delicate and persistent, is an elegant and fine wine, with live acidity, dry and tasty.

Food pairing: Good for any meal, since the begging until the final toast, with emphasis on seafood platter and fat fish.

Should be served between 6 and 8ºC.
