Winemaking: Slight maceration followed by 13º fermentation of juice in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes: Wine with a fresh pink color, strawberry andblackcurrant fruit aroma with a slight spicy toit. The palate is fresh and soft.

Food pairing: Best paired with asian food, oily fish and someseafood dishes with some spice. Should be served between 8 - 10°C.
