Winemaking: in tanks with controlled temperature 16-18ºC, to preserve the primary aromas of the grape varieties. 

Tasting notes: This wine has a citrus fruit aroma and intense floral hinds; is elegant, persistent, dry and distinct. The success of this, is the result of its lightness, freshness and unique character, matching with different flavors that adapt to several social moments.

Food pairing: Excellent as an aperitif or to pair with some appetizers, especially recommended for seafood, fish and white meats. Should be served between 6 and 8 °C.
