Harvest: Mecanical

Winemaking: in tanks with controlled temperature 16-18ºC, to preserve the primary aromas of the grape varieties. 

Tasting notes: This wine has a citrus color and the aromas are a mix of citrus and tree fruits with mineral hints. In the mouth stand out the fruity notes that are accompanied by freshness, balance and persistence.

Food pairing: Excellent as an aperitif or to pair with seafood, fish and oriental dishes. Should be served between 8 - 10°C.
