Tasting notes: Our Deyo estate, named after the ancient castle of Deyo, grows outstanding Merlot grapes. Malolactic fermentation and aging in new French oak barrels for 14 months. The wine has an intense ruby red color with a deep hue. It is round and structured, elegant, with notes of chocolate and ripe fruit.

Pairing: This wine is the perfect accompaniment to red meat.
