Winemaking: Tradition vinification, hand selection, 9 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting notes: Pinot Noir is the grape of choice for those in cold climates who create unique wines characterized by a medium ruby red color. It is aged in barrels for 9 months. Mineral aromas, red fruit and vanilla spices stand out in the aroma. The taste is smooth and elegant, with notes of cherry.

Pairing: Excellent with poultry dishes.
