Determination of the origin of products: NAVARRA

Harvest: Mecanical

Winemaking: Tradition vinification , hand selection, harvested at night with cold temperature, skin maceration 12 hours before pressing, 25 days fermentation in French oak barrels and aged for 14 to 20 months with lees.

Tasting notes: Only few Chardonnays in Spain can aged for long time as reserva and stay fresh, balanced and elegant. Thanks to our location at Monjardín Valley, we are able to make this style of wines. Golden colour, complex aromas of honey and nuts that evolve while breathing on the glass. Excellent structure, well balanced with elegant bouquet.
