Harvest: Mecanical

Winemaking: Tradition vinification , hand selection, remains 2 months in oak barrels with its lees.

Tasting notes: Bright pale yellow colour with green tones, that denote its youth. On the nose, fresh, clean and intense aromas, especially fruity ones (green apple, pineapple and tropical fruits), with a touch of white flowers over a background of hay and aromatic herbs. On the palate the Wine is very fruity with a balanced acidity, it is intense, elegant and has a long aftertaste.
