Francois Voyer Terres

The François Voyer Terres de Grande Champagne Cognac is a great, young blend of eaux-de-vie aged between four and six years, boasting a smooth, delicate bouquet of floral notes including linden and violets. Only the finest high-acidity Ugni Blanc grapes have been used for this blend, lending a sweet minerality. Typical of the Grande Champagne Premier Cru blend is perfect at any age, showing all the flavors and aromas that you'd expect from the most sought-after soils in the Cognac region.

Eye: Golden yellow with flashes of copper.

Nose: Fine and supple, dominated by floral tones of violets and linden flowers.

Palate: Subtle woody notes mingle with almond and apricot, leading to a flavorful, lengthy finish.

This is a Cognac that can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif or digestif, but also works equally well when combined with a mixer or in a cocktail. Try it with tonic water and a slice of lemon for a wonderful long drink.
