Harvest: Mecanical

Winemaking:  Pressing. Quickly put in vats to avoid any risk of oxidation before the skin-contact maceration. Fermentation in lowtemperature vats. Vinification on fine lees. 

Tasting notes: Bright gold robe. Expressive nose of pineapple and exotic fruits. It’s a delicate, elegant and well-balanced wine. It is a powerful and round wine, that can be served with a wide range of culinary associations.

Pairing: Very pleasant as an aperitif, on a mixed salad or a cooked fish, excellent with sprinkled parsley cheeses. A sweet white wine that you can appreciate throughout the meal.
