6 month aged Belegen Gouda Cheese

Farmhouse cheese Belegen (matured) has an aging period of at least 4 months. This makes the taste stronger than that of young and young matured cheese, but not yet as strong as that of old. The taste is delicious full and creamy. Farm cheese matured is made on the farm according to traditional methods and from fresh milk.
