Winemaking: Tradition vinification , hand selection, remains 3 months in oak barrels with its lees.

Tasting notes: Bright pale yellow colour. The nose is fresh and light, withelegant aromas of vanilla, fruity pear and a hint of tropical fruits. On the palate this Wine is dry, fruity with a balanced acidity, full-bodied with a lovely underlying minerality thanks to Salapaturas soil, elegant and has a long aftertaste. First sip feel dry and after light sweetnes come to kake the sip soft and pleasent.

Pairings: perfect acompaniments to seafood, fish dishes and meats.
