Harvest: Mecanical

Winemaking: Tradition vinification, very fast vatting to avoid any risk of oxidation before the skin maceration. Pressing. Fermentation in vats at low temperature. 

Tasting notes: The fine and fresh floral notes, accentuated by its mineral side make it a wine of pleasure.

Pairing: It is ideal with seafood, white meat or, more unexpectedly, with cooked cheese.
