Winemaking: The Rosé des Riceys 2020 by Morelis a rosé wine coming from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, grown on the hills around Les Riceys in the Céte des Bar, mostly facing south. Refining occurs in oak barrels for 10-12 months and a minimum of 3 years in bottles before reaching the market
The vineyard is managed according to a sustainable approach and is HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certified.
Tasting note: This rare rosé wine is produced exclusively in the best vintages and reaches its maturity between 2 and 10 years following the harvest.They should be served at a temperature of 7-12°.
