Winemaking: Ratafia is a fortified dessert wine from Champagne produced by a method similar to Pinot de Charente, by blending the fresh juice of ripe grapes and strong alcohol produced in Champagne, followed by aging using the solera method. Aged for a minimum of 12 months.

Tasting note: Delicate, fresh and fruity, perfectly expresses the aroma and sweet taste of ripe Pinot Noir berries, ideal for foie gras and light desserts.

Serve chilled at 7-12°.
