Winemaking:  Very quick vatting to avoid any risk of oxidation before the skin maceration. Pressing. Fermentation in vats at low temperature. 

Tasting notes: Beautiful balance between the freshness of the Sauvignon and the crispy, sweet side of the Gros Manseng. Notes of citrus and exotic fruits blend together to make a festive wine, pleasant and round in the mouth, very much focused on the fruit. The Petit Manseng will enhance the whole with a touch of acidity in the finish.

Pairing: La Rencontre By Laguille is a wine for pleasure that can be drunk with no special occasion, depending on the mood and the season. This wine is best consumed as an aperitif, with tapas or a cheese plate.
