Winemaking: in tanks with controlled temperature 16-18ºC, to preserve the primary aromas of the grape varieties. 

Tasting notes: Fruity and mineral, fresh and light, with a smooth and slightly sweet aftertaste.

Food pairing: Salads and other cold meals, fish and seafood. Should be served between 8 - 10°C.
