Winemaking: The Champagne La V.1 by Voirin-Jumel is an elegant Blanc de Blancs made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, representing an authentic calling card for the Domaine. This refined multi-parcel cuvée expresses the identity of the Cote des Blancs at its best, with grapes selected mainly from the prestigious Grand Cru villages of Cramant and Chouilly, deeply rooted in the family tradition. The vintage base is 2021, enriched with 40% réserve perpétuelle, a choice that enhances the complexity and stylistic continuity of the terroir. In its Brut version, La V.1 has a dosage between 4 and 6 g/l, demonstrating how the champencise tradition uses dosage to best enhance the wine's aromatic profile.
