Winemaking: Carbonic Maceration Red Wine. Stainless steel tank.

Tasting notes: Intense cherry colour with layers of violet tones resulting in a wine with an attractive appearance. The nose displays very aromatic. It reminds of red berries and cherries. On the palate the wine shows medium body and fresh lovely red fruit, which is perfectly balanced.

Pairing: Excellent with poultry dishes.
